HCV MANAGER (Full-Time)
Directs the efficient and effective operation of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) programs. Responsible for related planning, organizing, delivering, monitoring and reporting to ensure compliance with Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) and Agency Plan performance criteria and other relevant performance measures. Must be proficient in Windows operating system and MS Office software including Word and Excel, and able to operate internet applications and email as well as external vendors' and applicable proprietary software programs including FileVision, Novus, Yardi and HAB software. Rent Calculations Specialist certification and/or HCV program management certification preferred. Three to five years' progressively responsible management experience required, preferably in subsidized housing, asset management or similar type of environment. Bachelor's degree in Management, Public or Business Administration preferred. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.
HCV SPECIALIST (Full-time)
Professional administrative work including document collection, analysis, verifications, and client interviews that follow HUD regulations/policies. Must be proficient in Windows operating system and MS Office software including Word and Excel, and able to operate internet applications and email as well as external vendors’ and applicable proprietary software programs including FileVision and HAB software. Must have good oral and written communication skills, and be knowledgeable of phone systems and modern office practices. Three years progressively responsible administrative experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Possession of valid Florida driver’s license required.
Perform food service activities for senior apartment community and ensure guests receive friendly, professional service. Some duties include recording guest orders, serving beverages and meals to guests, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining room environment. Must comply with health and safety standards in addition to Department of Health regulations.
