MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II (Full-Time)
Semi-skilled manual labor work involved in assisting the maintenance staff in the basic repair of buildings, facilities, apartments, equipment, and devices.  Employees in this position are responsible for the satisfactory performance of light and heavy manual laboring tasks in a wide variety of construction, maintenance, and janitorial work to include plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, electrical, appliance repair, alteration, landscaping work, etc.  High school diploma or GED required.  Possession of valid EPA/CFC certification and valid Florida driver license required.  
 

PROFESSIONAL PAINTER
Responsible for rehabbing and painting multi-family dwellings.  Most of our work focuses on interiors of units after tenants move out and before new renters move in. However, we are occasionally in need of exterior painting work, which requires working safely at heights. We are looking for experienced Painters who understand the industry best practices and apply them to every aspect of their work. In some cases, tenant build-outs are involved with the job. We offer a competitive salary and full benefits after 60 days of employment.

GROUNDSKEEPER/PORTER
Performs a variety of tasks to improve and maintain the physical quality of assigned properties, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and projects. Minimum 1 yr. experience in grounds keeping or general property maintenance. High school diploma or GED required. Valid Florida driver license required.

 

LEASING CONSULTANT (Full-Time)
Dynamic & energetic Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-in/move-out and lease renewals.  Responsible for marketing property and converting prospects to residents.  Must be proficient in Yardi and/or HAB, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with 1-3 yrs. experience in multi-family resident leasing (fast pace & results oriented environment).  Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin. or Mgmt. is preferred. Possession of valid Florida driver license required.
