LEASING CONSULTANT - Public Housing & Mainstreet (Full-time)
Dynamic & energetic Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-in/move-out and lease renewals.  Responsible for marketing property and converting prospects to residents.  Must be proficient in Yardi and/or HAB, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with 1-3 yrs. experience in multi-family resident leasing (fast pace & results oriented environment).  Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin. or Mgmt. is preferred. Possession of valid Florida driver license required.


SERVER (Full-time)
Perform food service activities for senior apartment community and ensure guests receive friendly, professional service. Some duties include recording guest orders, serving beverages and meals to guests, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining room environment.  Must comply with health and safety standards in addition to Department of Health regulations.


Semi-skilled manual labor work involved in assisting the maintenance staff in the basic repair of buildings, facilities, apartments, equipment, and devices. Employees in this position are responsible for the satisfactory performance of light and heavy manual laboring tasks in a wide variety of construction, maintenance, and janitorial work to include plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, electrical, appliance repair, alteration, landscaping work, etc. High school diploma or GED required.  Possession of valid EPA/CFC certification and valid Florida driver license required.


Directs the efficient and effective operation of assigned property. Oversees all operational and financial aspects to include maximizing net operating income and managing all activities related to leasing, maintenance, resident services, capital improvements and collections. Maintains oversight of expense controls, staff management and risk management. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations as well as agency policies.  At least 3 years experience in property management is required.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
